Hi, I’m Steph!

I’m the founder of Push Wellness, personal trainer, lover of movement, and your go-to for building real strength with purpose.

Movement has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I trained as a dancer growing up, played field hockey and lacrosse, and eventually cheered for the Philadelphia Eagles while earning my Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition. That’s where everything clicked — my love for performance, fitness, and wellness came together the moment I started training seriously during my time as an NFL cheerleader.

Since then, I’ve taken just about every group fitness class you can imagine, worked one-on-one with clients for years after becoming NASM-certified in personal training, and even owned a fitness studio in Philadelphia before launching Push Wellness. Most recently, I earned my pre & postnatal certification, adding another layer to my work supporting women through all stages of life.

My coaching philosophy is rooted in balance: I believe in the power of discipline, but also the importance of grace. I bring a warm, encouraging energy to every session, but I won’t shy away from challenging you to step into your strength — physically and mentally. I love helping clients realize that lifting heavy isn’t something to fear; it’s something to celebrate.

And while nutrition coaching isn’t everyone’s thing, I’m always happy to offer support and accountability for clients who want a more comprehensive approach to wellness.
