  • Every training journey at Push Wellness starts with one thing: a conversation.
    Before we lift a single weight, we’ll sit down for a consult (either virtually or in-person) to get to know each other and lay the groundwork for your personalized plan. During this session, we’ll chat through your health history and any current or past injuries, your experience (if any!) with working out, your goals, preferences, and schedule… anything that helps me train you better—because this isn’t a one-size-fits-all situation.

    If we meet in person, the consult can also include a mini workout session so you get a feel for how I coach, and I can see how you move. Think of it like a test drive, but with squats instead of steering wheels.

    Whether you're prepping for pregnancy, recovering postpartum, working on becoming a better athlete, or just looking to feel stronger and more confident, I will meet you exactly where you are—and build from there.
